Credit basics

• What is a credit

  • A credit is the internal unit used to pay for LLM requests and related operations inside iBuild.

• How usage is calculated (high level)

  • Each request consumes credits based on:

    • Model used (cost per token varies by model)

    • Prompt size and response size (tokens in/out)

    • Extras like image inputs or tool calls

  • You’ll see remaining balance in the Credits widget.

$1 LLM credits grant

• Eligibility

  • Accounts that have previously interacted with the Injective ecosystem are eligible for a one-time $1 LLM credits grant.

• How it’s applied

  • After wallet connect, iBuild checks eligibility and automatically credits your account.

  • You’ll see a banner or toast confirming the grant; the balance will reflect immediately.

Buy credits with INJ

1. Open Credits in the top bar.

2. Choose an amount to purchase (shown in INJ and estimated credits).

3. Confirm the wallet transaction.

4. Credits are applied to your balance once the transaction is confirmed.
